How do I report damage that is only noticed later?
Please report any damage as soon as possible by phone or email, ideally with a brief description of what happened and clear photos. The sooner we are informed, the easier it is to process your claim.
What should I do in case of a breakdown?
Secure the vehicle and contact SEVEN7 immediately. If possible, do not use a repair shop without consulting us first, so that we can coordinate the process and ensure that insurance and warranty conditions are met.
Do I have to call the police even for minor fender benders?
Yes, as a rule, the police must be notified of every accident, especially if third parties are involved. Failure to report an accident can jeopardize insurance coverage and liability reduction.
What should I do in case of an accident?
First, secure the accident scene and administer first aid if necessary. Then inform the police and SEVEN7. Exchange information with all parties involved, take photos if possible, and do not admit fault.
