Am I allowed to use the vehicle for any type of trip?
No. Specifically prohibited are motorsport activities, driver training, the transport of hazardous materials, and certain commercial uses without the express consent of SEVEN7. Details are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
Who is allowed to drive the vehicle?
The vehicle may only be driven by persons listed in the rental agreement who hold a valid driver's license. Additional drivers must be registered in advance and, if necessary, subsequently added to the rental agreement.
What are my obligations as a tenant during the tenancy?
You are obligated to treat the vehicle with care, observe the operating instructions, comply with traffic regulations, and regularly check the vehicle's condition. This includes, among other things, checking fuel, oil, AdBlue, and other operating fluids, as well as immediately reporting any malfunctions or damage.
