If you have any questions regarding the invoice, please contact the address listed on the invoice or your SEVEN7 station.
What items can appear on the invoice?
The invoice includes, among other things, the rental price, additional services, fuel or cleaning fees (if applicable), damage costs, and administrative fees, for example, if traffic violations need to be processed.
When will I receive my invoice?
The invoice will be generated after the vehicle has been returned and inspected, and is usually sent to you by email. A paper copy can also be provided upon request.
