Does SEVEN7 keep found items?

Found items are generally kept for a reasonable period. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law.

What do I do if I realize after returning the vehicle that I've left something in it?

Please contact the station where you returned the vehicle as soon as possible. We will check if the item has been found.

How are toll fees calculated?

Toll fees received by SEVEN7 will be passed on to the renter. Depending on the system and effort involved, an additional processing fee may apply.

What happens if I commit a traffic violation with the rental vehicle?

We will forward any inquiries from authorities to you as the tenant. You will pay any fines directly to the authority. A processing fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs.

Does my liability reduction apply to all identified damages?

The limitation of liability applies only to the agreed extent and may be voided in the case of certain violations. Whether and to what extent it applies is set out in your contract documents and our terms and conditions.

How are damages settled?

Damages will be settled according to the terms of the rental agreement and the general terms and conditions, e.g., based on repair invoices or expert reports. Compensation for diminished value and loss of use may also apply.

Why wasn't my deposit fully refunded?

In this case, outstanding charges – such as additional rental days, fuel, cleaning costs, or damages – were deducted from the security deposit. You can find the details in the final statement.

Who can I contact if I have questions about the invoice?

If you have any questions regarding the invoice, please contact the address listed on the invoice or your SEVEN7 station.

What items can appear on the invoice?

The invoice includes, among other things, the rental price, additional services, fuel or cleaning fees (if applicable), damage costs, and administrative fees, for example, if traffic violations need to be processed.

When will I receive my invoice?

The invoice will be generated after the vehicle has been returned and inspected, and is usually sent to you by email. A paper copy can also be provided upon request.
