Do I need to pay a deposit or down payment?

Yes. A security deposit or down payment is usually required when renting a vehicle; the amount depends on the vehicle class, rental period, and payment method. This will be deducted from the final rental cost.

What payment methods does SEVEN7 accept?

Accepted payment methods may vary depending on the station and product. These typically include debit/credit cards, major credit cards, and – by prior arrangement – ​​bank transfer or company invoice. Available payment methods are displayed in the online shop and at the station.

What does the rental price depend on?

The rental price depends primarily on the vehicle class, rental period, mileage package, and selected additional services. In our online shop, you can see all costs transparently before completing your booking. Our current price list is always the basis for all prices.

Is there a grace period if I arrive late for pickup?

We generally hold your reservation for a certain period after the rental period begins (grace period). After this time, the vehicle may be rented out again. The exact terms and conditions regarding the grace period and any compensation for non-collection are set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

Can I change my online reservation later?

Yes. Regardless of whether you booked in-store, by phone, or by email, you can change your reservation – subject to availability – at our stations or via the contact methods listed in your confirmation. Please have your reservation or order number ready. We will inform you of any price changes before final confirmation.

What information is required for a reservation?

In our online shop, you will be guided step-by-step through all required fields (e.g., name, address, contact details, rental period, vehicle class, billing information). For telephone or email reservations, we require the same information to process your booking correctly. (Please note that you will need a valid driver's license for vehicle pick-up.)

Am I reserving a specific vehicle or just a vehicle class?

You are reserving a vehicle class, not a specific vehicle with a particular license plate. Images and example models are for guidance only. We will try to accommodate your preferences, but cannot guarantee specific models.

Can I pay directly in the online shop?

Yes. In the online shop, you can pay for your rental directly online – depending on the product and vehicle class – either in full or according to the payment terms displayed during the booking process. All costs are displayed transparently before you complete the booking.

How can I book a vehicle with SEVEN7?

You can book your vehicle in four ways:
1. directly via our online shop on the website,
2. by telephone,
3. via email or
4. In person at one of our stations.
In the online shop, you select the vehicle class, rental period, and mileage package, enter your details, and complete the booking using the offered payment method. You will then automatically receive a booking confirmation via email.
