IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Thank you for your reservation. Please note: This booking is a non-binding reservation of your vehicle class — the actual rental agreement will be concluded on site when you pick up the vehicle.

Please bring the following items with you for collection:

Valid original driver's licence (no photo, no copy)
a valid identity card or passport, a credit card issued in your name for the deposit.

Notes:

The reservation applies to a vehicle class, not a specific model. The exact make and features depend on availability at the time of pick-up.
In case of delay, a grace period of 59 minutes applies from the agreed pick-up time. After this time, the reservation becomes invalid.
Vehicles are handed over fully fueled and must be returned fully fueled.

CANCELLATION

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the rental period begins. Within this period, or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee equal to the rental price will be charged, up to a maximum of three rental days. Any deposit already paid can be credited; any overpayment will be refunded within 10 days.
